GETTING STARTED
05 questionsResidential and commercial. New homes, additions, roofing, garages and structural renovations; finish carpentry and drywall; and outdoor and waterfront work — decks, docks, boathouses, hardscaping, stamped concrete, retaining walls, landscaping and waterfalls.
Yes. We work on residential and commercial projects — from building and renovation to ongoing maintenance and property management — with licensed trades coordinated and everything built to code.
We work across Southern Ontario — Waterloo Region, Wellington, Halton, Hamilton, the GTA, Niagara, London, Simcoe, Grey-Bruce, Huron and Perth. The full list of towns is on our service area page.
Yes. We can work from your drawings or help with layouts, materials and a build plan before any work starts.
No. Drawings help us quote faster, but a sketch, a few photos or a conversation on site is enough to get started.
TRADES & CODE
04 questionsNot ourselves — on purpose. Licensed trades like plumbing, electrical and HVAC are subcontracted to licensed professionals. We schedule and manage them, so you still have one point of contact.
Yes. Everything is built to code and licensing per your township’s guidelines and standards.
We plan the work around your permits and inspections and coordinate the licensed trades that need their own sign-off. Tell us about your project and we’ll explain what’s needed.
Us. We’re the single point of contact for the whole job, trades included.
QUOTES & PRICING
03 questionsSend the details through the contact form or call. We’ll review the plans or walk the site, then send an itemized quote — licensed trades included — that spells out exactly what’s covered.
The size and complexity of the project, site access, materials, the trades involved and the schedule. The quote breaks these down so there are no surprises.
Either works. We can supply materials or build with what you or your builder provide — it’s agreed up front in the quote.
ON SITE
02 questionsIt depends on the size of the job, the trades involved and the weather. You’ll get a realistic schedule with the quote, and updates as the job moves.
Yes. Renovation and addition work is planned around the people living there, with temporary supports where needed and a tidy site at the end of each day.
BUILD & STRUCTURE
02 questionsYes. We build to approved drawings and flag anything on site that needs a decision before it becomes a problem.
Yes — framing, sheathing and roofing, so the structure is closed in by one crew.
CARPENTRY & INTERIORS
02 questionsYes — framing, drywall and finish carpentry, with licensed trades coordinated for electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
Yes, as part of a larger project or by itself. Tell us the scope and we’ll quote it.
OUTDOOR & WATERFRONT
02 questionsYes. Docks, boathouses and waterfront stairs are planned around the shoreline and built to township guidelines and standards.
Yes — that’s the point. Decks, hardscaping, retaining walls and landscaping are planned as one job so it all fits together.
PROPERTY CARE
03 questionsYes. We can set up a seasonal or recurring schedule — inspections, upkeep and repairs — for homes, rentals and cottages.
Yes. We handle maintenance, repairs and trade coordination for owners who can’t be on site, and keep you updated as work is done.
Yes — especially for properties we already look after. Tell us what needs doing and we’ll let you know.
