Can you help with design and planning?
Yes. We can work from your drawings or help with layouts, materials and a build plan before any work starts.
Do you do plumbing and electrical?
Not ourselves — on purpose. Licensed trades like plumbing, electrical and HVAC are subcontracted to licensed professionals. We schedule and manage them, so you still have one point of contact.
What about permits and inspections?
We plan the work around your permits and inspections and coordinate the licensed trades that need their own sign-off. Tell us about your project and we’ll explain what’s needed.
Who do I call when something comes up?
