Nobody should hire one person to do everything — and you don’t have to. We’re the building specialist: we design, plan and build, then bring in licensed plumbers, electricians and other trades where the job calls for them. One point of contact, every trade scheduled, all of it to code.

Do you take on commercial work?
Yes. We work on residential and commercial projects — from building and renovation to ongoing maintenance and property management — with licensed trades coordinated and everything built to code.
Do you do plumbing and electrical?
Not ourselves — on purpose. Licensed trades like plumbing, electrical and HVAC are subcontracted to licensed professionals. We schedule and manage them, so you still have one point of contact.
Can you work around a lived-in home?
Yes. Renovation and addition work is planned around the people living there, with temporary supports where needed and a tidy site at the end of each day.
Can you finish my basement?
Yes — framing, drywall and finish carpentry, with licensed trades coordinated for electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
Do you take on drywall on its own?
Yes, as part of a larger project or by itself. Tell us the scope and we’ll quote it.
